2. Apply SPF 30 or higher before applying the Shimmer Browning Formula.

3. Apply the Shimmer Browning Formula on top of the sun protectant generously and evenly to all desired areas.

4. Re-apply at frequent intervals to achieve maximum results including after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

5. Beginners maximum sun time: one hour.
