What the Shipping Protection Covers:
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and replace your order at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you can file a claim for a replacement or a credit. Please provide clear photos of the damaged package and products for verification.

Please Note: To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as a place of work or a home where someone is present during delivery hours. We also encourage you to track your package and be aware of the expected delivery date, as we cannot be held liable for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
