During the one-year warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any electrical hair tool found to have manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship, free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as stated on your proof of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during normal use of the electrical hair tool.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service within the warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and the product's serial number. This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic losses.
