At Brush Salon, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional products and service. While we hope you love everything you purchase, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary—and we’re happy to assist.
Please note: All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase—whether for yourself or as a gift—you may return new or gently used products under the following conditions:
Within 30 days of the original purchase: Eligible for an exchange (in-store or by mail).
Between 31–60 days of the original purchase: Eligible for online store credit (if returned by mail) or in-store credit (if returned in person).

Return Details
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Products must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for return.
Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Styling Hot Tools
- Hair Brushes
- Wellness Products (including adult devices)
- Sale Items
- Gift Sets
Any Brush Reward Points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted when the refund or store credit is processed.
All returns are subject to approval and validation at Brush Salon’s discretion. Excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity may result in Brush Salon refusing future returns, with or without a receipt.
Return Shipping Instructions
Contact our customer service team at admin@brushsalon.ca to initiate the return process before sending any items back. We cannot guarantee return processing without prior approval.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and further instructions.
Include your order confirmation in the return package to ensure prompt and accurate processing.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Brush Salon is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
Refund Policy
All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or credit card used for the purchase. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment source for security reasons. Alternatively, we are happy to issue store credit upon request.
